Q: How to change size?

A: Please make an inquiry using the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery.
* Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.



Q: Will there be a restock of sold out products?

A: We are updating the website from time to time, but there is no basic restocking of sold-out products.



Q: When will you ship after ordering?

A: With regard to orders for the day, except for weekends and holidays (year-end and New Year holidays), we will respond sequentially from the next day's shipment.



Q: If I order today, will it be in time for the specified date?

A: You can specify 3 business days after your order.



Q: I want to change the specified date.

A: We cannot accept any changes at the time the confirmation email is sent after confirming the order. If the specified date is after 3 business days, it is possible, but please contact us from the inquiry form.



Q: There was a speech balloon due to down.

A: Due to the down characteristics, feathers may come off slightly from the sewing line. It is not a defective product, so please pick it up and push it in.



Q: Are there any size fluctuations from the published size?

A: Please note that some errors will occur.



Q: I want to change the color because it is different from what I thought.

Q: How can I apply for cancellation?

Q: Since it is a gift specification, can I ship without a delivery slip and a tag?

Q: Is it possible to change the delivery address after ordering?

Q: Is it possible to ship with the package?

A: Two points can be included per package.
